Q1. What catering services do you provide?

We provide freshly made bubble tea and beverages for all types of occasions — including corporate events, weddings, parties, festivals, and private gatherings.
Our drinks are prepared on the day of your event to ensure the best taste and quality.

Q2. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 30 cups.
For larger events or special requests, please contact us directly to discuss custom options.

Q3. How far in advance should I place my order?

Please place your catering order at least 7 business days in advance to secure your preferred date and drink selection.
For urgent requests, get in touch with us directly — we’ll do our best to assist.

Q4. How do I place an order?

Simply complete the Catering Inquiry Form below with your event details.
Our team will review your request, confirm availability, and provide a quotation for your package.

Order & Policy Information

Pre-Order Lead Time

All catering orders must be placed at least 7 business days in advance, subject to store capacity.
Early booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons.

Order Confirmation

Orders are only considered confirmed once payment and store confirmation are completed.
A confirmation email or message will be sent to finalise your booking.

Modification & Cancellation

  • We prepare every catering order with care to ensure your drinks are fresh and ready for your event.
  • Please check your order carefully before confirming payment.
  • Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be guaranteed, especially during busy periods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or behaves inappropriately towards our staff or other customers.

Product Quality & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Refunds or partial credits will only be considered if:
    There is a clear error in the order caused by us, or The product is proven to be defective at the time of pickup/delivery.
  • Claims must be made immediately upon receiving the order, with proof (e.g. photo evidence or returned product).

Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all catering orders.
  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to collection/delivery.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event.
    If cancellation is made more than 5 days in advance, we can:
    • Refund the deposit (minus any processing fees), or
    • Offer a credit towards a future order.

No-Shows & Late Collection

  • If the order is not collected or the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or customer no-show, no refunds will be issued.
  • All drinks are made fresh for your event and cannot be resold or reused once prepared.

Privacy & Data Use

  • Any personal/company information collected through online orders or promotions is used only for order processing
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

Promotions & Loyalty

  • Any promotions, discounts, or loyalty offers are valid for a limited time and subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to change or withdraw offers at any time without notice.

Terms of Service

By submitting an order and receiving confirmation, customers are deemed to have accepted the following policies and conditions.

  • Order Acceptance — Orders are only valid upon confirmation from The Alley. We reserve the right to refuse, amend, or terminate any order at our discretion.
  • Customer Responsibility — Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, address, and number of attendees.
  • Policy Updates — The Alley reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Agreement — By placing a catering order, customers agree to comply with all related order, payment, cancellation, and service policies outlined on this page.
